Follow these steps for a complete wash and style routine.

Step 1 (In Shower): Start by cleansing your hair and scalp with the Hydrating Hair Wash. Rinse thoroughly.

Step 2 (In Shower): Apply the Nourish & Repair Hair Conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Let it sit for 2-5 minutes, then rinse.

Step 3 (Styling): On damp, towel-dried hair, apply a small amount of the Smoothing Hair Balm. Work it through your hair to define your curls or waves.

Step 4 (Finishing): Once your hair is dry (or nearly dry), apply a few drops of the Smooth & Shine Hair Serum to your palms and gently smooth it over your hair to seal in shine and tame any remaining frizz.

What's the difference between the balm and the serum?
They have different jobs and are used at different times. The Balm is a creamy, leave-in conditioner and styler that you apply to damp hair to provide moisture and define your curl pattern as it dries. The Serum is a lightweight oil that you apply to dry hair as a final step to seal the hair cuticle, add shine, and protect against humidity.

Can I use this collection on straight hair?
While it's optimized for curls, men with very dry or thick straight hair can also benefit from the intense moisture in this routine. The balm and serum are excellent for taming frizz and adding softness to any hair type.

How often should I use the whole routine?
For curly and wavy hair, it's often best not to wash it every single day. Using the full wash and condition routine 2-4 times per week is a great starting point. You can use the balm and serum on non-wash days by lightly misting your hair with water to refresh your style.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
