Step 1 (Hair): Massage the Shampoo into your wet scalp and hair, then rinse. Follow with the Conditioner, letting it sit for 2-3 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.

Step 2 (Body): While the conditioner is working, lather up the Vital Body Wash and cleanse your body.

Step 3: Rinse everything thoroughly.

What's wrong with using a 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash?
While convenient, 3-in-1 products are a compromise. The skin on your body, the skin on your scalp, and your hair itself all have very different needs. A 3-in-1 can't be gentle enough for your scalp, conditioning enough for your hair, and cleansing enough for your body all at once. Using separate, targeted products ensures each area gets the proper care it needs to be healthy.

How often should I use the shampoo and conditioner?
For most hair types, using the shampoo and conditioner 2-4 times per week is a great balance. The body wash can and should be used daily.

Is the body wash good for sensitive skin?
Yes. Although it's formulated to help with breakouts, it uses a gentle, anti-inflammatory approach with ingredients like Sea Buckthorn and Green Tea. It's also sulfate-free, making it suitable for daily use even on sensitive skin.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
