Jackfir - The Classic Daily Facial Cleanser

Used to love it but there has been some inconsistencies. Used to be more of a paste, but the last couple tubes have been a thinner almost watered down cleanser. The effectiveness has not been the same. I’m bummed.

Since 2023, this face cleanser had been an excellent product. Unfortunately, the formulation has recently changed, resulting in a much thinner consistency. It used to be rich and thick, just like the images on their website still suggest, but now it has shifted to a loose, almost “soupy” texture that’s far more difficult to work with. After raising the issue with Jackfir, I decided to place another order in the hope that the original product had returned. Their response was, “we will try to ensure the product meets your expectations.” But the truth is, it’s not the customer who should be lowering expectations—it’s Jackfir who should be holding themselves to higher standards.The company assured me that performance remains the same, but the reality is that the product has been altered for the worse while customers are still being charged the same price.

I’ve been a loyal fan of this company’s products for a while now, and their facial cleanser continues to impress. The scent strikes the perfect balance—clean, masculine, and subtle without being overpowering. The texture is light, and the gentle exfoliating element leaves my skin feeling refreshed without any harshness. Every time I use it, my face feels genuinely clean and looks noticeably clearer. After over a year of consistent use, I can confidently say this cleanser has earned a permanent spot in my routine.

I've been using the face wash twice a day for years, and I love it. It’s super clean, gentle, and always leaves my skin feeling fresh and revitalized.
