Use this routine 2-3 times per week on a clean, dry face.

Step 1: Roll. Gently roll the Activating Beard Roller over the target areas (cheeks, chin) 5-10 times vertically, horizontally, and diagonally. Use light, gentle pressure.

Step 2: Apply Serum. Dispense 1-2 pumps of the Activating Beard Serum into your palm.

Step 3: Massage. Thoroughly massage the serum into the skin in the areas you just rolled.

Step 4: Clean Your Roller. Rinse the roller head under warm water and sanitize it with alcohol after each use.

The serum contains a concentrated blend of botanical extracts and fragrance. The roller head is made of titanium needles.

Does using the beard roller hurt?
It shouldn't hurt. You will feel a light tingling or prickling sensation, which is normal and lets you know it's working. The key is to use gentle pressure. You are stimulating the skin, not trying to puncture it.

Will this grow a beard where I have absolutely no hair follicles?
It's important to have realistic expectations. This system is designed to activate and nourish existing follicles that may be dormant or underperforming. It helps them to produce thicker, stronger, and healthier hair, which can significantly improve the appearance of patchiness. However, it cannot create a new hair follicle where one doesn't exist.

How long until I see results?
Patience and consistency are crucial. While you may notice the hair you have feels healthier sooner, it typically takes at least 2-3 months of consistent use (2-3 times per week) to see noticeable improvements in density and new growth.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
