Follow this simple routine for a perfectly groomed beard.

In the Shower (2-3 times per week):

Step 1: After cleansing your beard, squeeze out the excess water.

Step 2: Apply a generous amount of the Fortifying Beard Conditioner, working it through your beard and down to the skin. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3: Rinse thoroughly.

Post-Shower (Daily):

Step 4: On your clean, towel-dried beard, scoop out a pea-sized amount of the Styling Beard Balm.

Step 5: Warm the balm completely between your palms and apply it evenly through your beard to moisturize and style.

What's the difference between the conditioner and the balm?
The Conditioner is a deep, rinse-out treatment you use in the shower a few times a week to infuse your beard with intense moisture. The Balm is a lighter, leave-in product you use every day after your shower to provide daily moisture and a flexible hold for styling.

Do I still need a beard wash with this set?
Yes. This set covers your conditioning and styling steps. You'll want to use a dedicated, gentle beard wash before using the conditioner to ensure your beard and the skin underneath are clean.

Will these products make my beard feel greasy?
No. Both products are formulated to be deeply moisturizing without being heavy or greasy. The conditioner rinses clean, and the balm is designed to absorb into the hair, leaving a natural finish. The key is to start with a small amount of balm and only add more if needed.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
