How is this different from the regular Scotch Porter beard balm?
The core conditioning and styling formula is the same one you know and love. The only difference is the scent. This version features the warm and spicy "Miami Duppy" fragrance, while the original has their signature scent with notes of sandalwood, carnation, and oakmoss.

What's the difference between beard balm, beard oil, and beard wax?
It's all about purpose. Oil is for conditioning the skin and hair. Balm (like this product) is a conditioner and a light styler; it's thicker than oil and offers more control. Wax is purely for styling and has the strongest hold for shaping mustaches and very unruly beards.

What is a "Duppy"?
In Caribbean folklore, a "Duppy" is a ghost or a spirit. The fragrance name evokes a sense of the mysterious, spirited, and vibrant nightlife of places like Miami and the Caribbean.
