How can one cleanser be good for my face, hands, and body?
This formula is based on very gentle, pH-balanced ingredients. Unlike harsh bar soaps or strong body washes, it's formulated without the stripping detergents that would be too aggressive for your face. It's gentle enough for your face, but effective enough to clean your hands and body, making it a true all-in-one.

This is an oil-based cleanser. Will it feel greasy or lather well?
While it uses coconut oil as a base, it's a saponified oil, which is the natural process of making soap. It will not feel greasy at all. It produces a light, gentle lather, not the big, bubbly foam you might get from a synthetic detergent. This creamy lather cleans effectively without stripping the skin.

What do prebiotics do for my skin?
Think of your skin as an ecosystem with good and bad bacteria. Prebiotics, like the sea kelp in this formula, are essentially "food" for the good bacteria. By nourishing this healthy part of your skin's microbiome, you create a stronger, more balanced skin barrier that is better able to defend itself against irritation and the bad bacteria that can cause issues like acne.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
