How is this different from the "Miami Duppy" beard balm?
The core conditioning and styling formula is exactly the same. The only difference is the scent. This version features the classic, fresh Scotch Porter signature scent, while the "Miami Duppy" version has a warmer, spicier fragrance with notes of tobacco and tonka.

Can I use this with beard oil?
Absolutely, it's a great combination. Apply beard oil first to deeply moisturize the skin underneath your beard. Then, apply the beard balm on top to condition the beard hair itself, seal in the moisture from the oil, and provide a light hold for styling.

What's the difference between beard balm and beard wax?
It's all about purpose and hold. Balm (like this product) is a conditioner that provides a light, flexible hold for daily shaping and taming. Wax has a much stronger hold and is used for more specific styling, like shaping a mustache or controlling very stubborn, wiry hairs.
