Follow these steps for a perfect traditional shave.

Step 1: Create Lather. Wet the Shaving Brush with warm water. Add an almond-sized scoop of Shaving Cream to a bowl or your palm and use the brush to whip it into a thick, foamy lather.

Step 2: Apply Lather. Use the brush to apply the lather to your face in a circular motion to lift the hairs and exfoliate the skin.

Step 3: Shave. Using The Single Edge SE, shave with short, light strokes, letting the weight of the razor do the work. Do not apply pressure.

Step 4: Rinse and Soothe. Rinse your face with cool water and pat dry. Immediately spray the Healing Post Shave onto the shaved area to calm and hydrate the skin.

The scented products contain fragrance oils. If you have very sensitive skin, the Fragrance-Free option is an excellent choice. The razor is made from zinc alloy.

Is this set really easy enough for a beginner?
Yes. The Single Edge SE razor is specifically designed with a fixed blade angle and a protective finned guard (NickStop™ Technology) that makes it much more forgiving and safer to use than traditional safety razors. This set is the ideal entry point.

Why is this system better for my skin than my cartridge razor?
Multi-blade cartridges can cause irritation by pulling hair and scraping the skin with multiple blades in a single pass. A single, sharp blade cuts the hair cleanly at the surface of the skin one time. This, combined with the superior protection from a proper shave lather, leads to significantly less razor burn, redness, and ingrown hairs.

How long will the blades and cream last?
The included 8-pack of blades and the tub of shaving cream are both designed to last the average daily shaver for approximately 3 months, making the set a fantastic value.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
