Why is sunscreen absolutely mandatory with this?
Retinol speeds up your skin's cell turnover process. This is exactly how it smooths the skin and fades dark spots, but it also means it brings fresh, delicate skin cells to the surface. These new cells have less natural protection against UV rays, meaning sun damage will hit them harder and faster. Daily SPF is your insurance policy. No retinol without sunscreen. Period.

Can I use this at the same time as an exfoliator?
We highly recommend skipping harsh physical scrubs or strong chemical exfoliants (like heavy AHAs/BHAs) on the nights you use this product, especially when you are first starting. Combining too many active resurfacing ingredients can damage your skin's moisture barrier.

Does it sting when you apply it?
It shouldn't. Thanks to the buffer system, 90 percent of users in clinical trials reported no stinging or burning after their first application. However, a very mild tingling sensation is normal for first-time retinol users.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
