To get the most out of your candle, follow these simple steps.

Step 1: Trim the Wick. Before every burn, trim the cotton wick to about 1/4 inch. This prevents smoking and ensures a cleaner burn.

Step 2: The First Burn is Key. Allow the candle to burn for at least 2-3 hours the first time you light it, or until the melted wax pool reaches the edges of the glass. This prevents "tunneling."

Step 3: Burn Safely. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from drafts, flammable objects, children, and pets. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Step 4: Know When to Stop. Discontinue use when only 1/2 inch of wax remains at the bottom.

Why is a soy/coconut wax blend better than paraffin?
Soy and coconut waxes are natural, renewable resources derived from plants. They burn cleaner and slower than paraffin wax, which is a byproduct of petroleum. This means you get a longer-lasting candle with less soot and without releasing the toxins that paraffin can.

What's the difference in smell with an essential oil candle?
A candle scented only with essential oils will have a more natural, complex, and authentic aroma compared to one with synthetic fragrance oils. The scent can be more subtle and is often used in aromatherapy to evoke genuine feelings of calm or energy, like in this "Forest Bath" candle.

Yes, absolutely. The canvas pouch is designed to be a reusable part of the product experience, perfect for storing small items, travel essentials, or other personal effects.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
