What is a PHA and how is it different from other acids?
PHA stands for Poly-Hydroxy Acid. It's a type of chemical exfoliant, like an AHA (glycolic acid) or BHA (salicylic acid). The key difference is that PHA molecules are larger, so they don't penetrate the skin as deeply. This makes them much gentler and less likely to cause irritation, making them a great choice for a daily cleanser, even for sensitive skin.

What do probiotics do in a cleanser?
Think of your skin's surface as an ecosystem with good and bad bacteria. Probiotic ferments help to support the good bacteria, creating a balanced and healthy environment. A balanced microbiome helps your skin stay strong, calm, and better able to defend itself against the bad bacteria that can cause issues like breakouts.

Why is this cleanser specifically good for men's skin?
Men's skin is typically thicker and produces about twice as much oil as women's skin. This cleanser is formulated to effectively cut through that oil and clear out pores without being harsh or disruptive to the skin's barrier, which is the perfect balance for most men.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
