How is this different from the Motivo Scar Cream?
They are two different formats for delivering similar benefits. The Scar Serum is a lighter, liquid formula in a convenient rollerball applicator, making it excellent for on-the-go use, for scars on joints, and for providing itch relief. The Scar Cream has a richer, creamier texture that is great for massaging into larger surface areas and providing deep, occlusive hydration.

How does the rollerball help with itching?
When a scar is healing, it can often feel very itchy. Scratching it can cause damage and worsen its appearance. The gentle pressure from the cool, smooth rollerball provides a form of "sensory distraction," helping to relieve the itch sensation without you having to use your fingernails.

Can I use this with the Motivo Scar Tape?
Yes. This serum is quick-drying and is designed to be used with pressure garments. You can apply a thin layer of the scar serum, let it dry completely for a couple of minutes, and then apply the Motivo Scar Tape on top for a powerful combination of treatment and tension reduction.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
