For best results, apply to a blemish as soon as you feel it forming.

Step 1: Cleanse your face and gently pat the area completely dry. The patch will not stick properly to wet skin.

Step 2: With dry hands, peel a single patch from the sheet. Be careful not to touch the microneedles in the center.

Step 3: Place the patch directly over the center of the blemish and press down gently for 10-15 seconds. You may feel a slight, painless prickly sensation as the microneedles make contact.

Step 4: Leave the patch on for at least 4 hours, or ideally, overnight.

Step 5: To remove, gently peel it off.

This product is sterile, fragrance-free, and generally very well-tolerated. However, it contains Salicylic Acid. If you have a known sensitivity to salicylic acid or adhesives, please be cautious.

The 2nd's Recommendation: For external use only. Do not apply to broken skin, open wounds, or on top of a fully formed whitehead (use a regular hydrocolloid patch for that).

Do the needles hurt?
Not at all. You might feel a very slight "prickly" or tingling sensation for a few seconds when you first press the patch on, but it's not painful. The microneedles are incredibly tiny and dissolve quickly after application.

How is this different from a regular pimple patch?
They treat different types of pimples. A regular hydrocolloid patch is best for pimples that have already come to a head (a visible whitehead), as it works by absorbing fluid. A microneedle patch (like this one) is best for early-stage, under-the-skin pimples. It works by delivering active, blemish-fighting ingredients into the pimple.

Can I use this on a whitehead?
It's not the best tool for the job. Once a pimple has a visible whitehead, a regular hydrocolloid patch is better because its main job is to draw out the pus and fluid. This microneedle patch is for the stage before that happens.
