Application depends on your chosen format. For the longest wear, always apply to clean, moisturized skin.

For the 60ml EDP Spray: Hold the bottle 3 to 5 inches from your skin and mist directly onto your pulse points (wrists, neck, behind the ears).

For the 10ml Roll-On: Gently glide the rollerball directly over your pulse points. The natural heat of these areas will activate the oils throughout the day.

Crucial Step: Do not rub your wrists together after applying. Friction breaks down the delicate top notes and drastically alters how the scent develops.

This formula is strictly non-toxic and free of major chemical irritants like parabens, phthalates, and formaldehyde. It does contain natural essential oils and isolates. If you have highly reactive skin or specific botanical allergies, we recommend testing a small amount on your inner arm first.

What is the difference between the Roll-On and the EDP?The 10ml Roll-On is a 100 percent fragrance concentration suspended in plant oils, making it incredibly precise, skin-close, and easy to travel with. The 60ml EDP uses a clean alcohol base to provide a slightly more expansive presence, allowing it to be misted over your skin, clothes, and hair.Why doesn't this scent fill the room?That is by design. Unlike ElliotCole's other fragrances (like Bowery or New Moon), Phases is an intentional "skin scent." It is meant to be a personal experience, detectable only to you and those you allow close to you.How long will the fragrance last?Because it is formulated at a high Eau de Parfum concentration, you can expect 6 to 8 hours of wear on the skin, with the deeper amber and musk base notes often lingering even longer. Applying it over an unscented body lotion will help anchor the scent for maximum longevity.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
