Step 1: Wet your hands and the cleansing bar with warm water.

Step 2: Rub the bar between your hands to create a creamy lather.

Step 3: Set the bar down and gently massage the lather onto your wet face using circular motions for 30-60 seconds.

Step 4: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.

Will a bar cleanser dry out my face like a bar of soap?
No. This is a "syndet" bar, which means it's made from gentle, synthetic cleansers, not traditional soap. A regular body soap has a very high pH that can strip your facial skin of all its natural oils, leaving it tight and dry. This facial cleansing bar is pH-balanced and packed with hydrating ingredients to cleanse effectively while respecting your skin's barrier.

How should I store this cleansing bar?
To make your bar last as long as possible, it's crucial to let it dry out between uses. Store it on a soap dish that allows for drainage, out of the direct stream of the shower. Don't let it sit in a puddle of water.

How long will one bar last?
With proper storage, a solid cleansing bar is very economical. With twice-daily use, you can expect one bar to last for 2-4 months, which is significantly longer than most liquid cleansers.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
