Apply directly to the affected area as needed.

Step 1: Glide the rollerball applicator across the sore or tight muscle, pressing gently to massage the balm into the skin.

Step 2: You may use your hands to further rub the formula in until it is absorbed.

Step 3 (Important): Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after applying.

Step 4: Reapply as needed, but do not use more than 3 to 4 times per day.

It's best used for post-workout recovery. The purpose of the balm is to cool down and soothe muscles after they've been worked. For a pre-workout routine, you'd typically want a warming cream designed to warm up muscles, not a cooling balm like this one.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
