Getting Started:

Step 1: Insert a refill tube into The Vessel. Align the nozzle and notch, then push down firmly until it clicks into place.

Step 2: Twist the bottom of The Vessel to unlock the pump.

Evening (PM) Routine:

Step 1: After cleansing, dispense one pump of the Balance_Restore Serum and apply it evenly to your face.

Step 2: Follow with one pump of the AM_PM Moisturizer to lock in moisture overnight.

Morning (AM) Routine:

Step 1: After cleansing, apply one pump of the AM_PM Moisturizer for all-day hydration. (We recommend following with a separate SPF).

These products are vegan, free from fragrance, irritants, and gluten. They are designed to be suitable for sensitive skin. The 2nd's Recommendation: Patch test before use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Gently rinse with water to remove.

Why do I apply the serum before the moisturizer? A serum is a lightweight, fast-absorbing product with a high concentration of active ingredients. You apply it before your moisturizer so that these active ingredients can penetrate the skin. You then apply your moisturizer on top to seal everything in and provide the final layer of hydration.

Do I need a separate Vessel for each refill? You only need the one Vessel that comes in this set. The universal design allows you to swap out the different product refills. However, if you prefer to have both products on your counter at once, you can purchase an additional Vessel separately.

What is The Vessel system? The Vessel is a durable, reusable outer shell with a pump that you buy once. The products, like this serum and moisturizer, come in recyclable refill tubes that click into The Vessel. This system reduces plastic waste and allows you to easily reorder or swap out your products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
