This product comes as two parts: the reusable Vessel and the product refill.

Step 1: Insert the full refill tube into The Vessel. Align the nozzle and notch, and push down to click it into place.

Step 2: Twist the bottom of The Vessel to unlock the pump.

Step 3: In the evening, after cleansing, dispense one pump onto your fingers and apply it evenly to your face.

Step 4: Follow with your nighttime moisturizer.

What is a serum and why do I use it before my moisturizer? A serum is a lightweight, fast-absorbing product with a high concentration of active ingredients. You apply it before your moisturizer so that these active ingredients can penetrate the skin. You then apply your moisturizer on top to seal everything in and provide the final layer of hydration.

What is Lactobionic Acid? It's a poly-hydroxy acid, or PHA. Think of it as a gentler, more hydrating cousin to other exfoliating acids like glycolic acid. It's great for sensitive skin because it exfoliates on the surface to improve texture and clarity, but it also has hydrating properties and is less likely to cause irritation.

What is The Vessel system? The Vessel is a durable, reusable outer shell with a pump that you buy once. The products, like this serum, come in recyclable refill tubes that click into The Vessel. This system reduces plastic waste and allows you to easily reorder or swap out your products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
