This product comes as two parts: the reusable Vessel and the product refill.

Step 1: Insert the full refill tube into The Vessel. Align the nozzle and notch, and push down to click it into place.

Step 2: Twist the bottom of The Vessel to unlock the pump.

Step 3: Dispense one pump onto your fingers and apply it evenly to your face, day and night.

What is Retinyl Palmitate? It's a member of the Vitamin A (retinoid) family, making it a relative of retinol. It's known for being one of the gentlest forms of retinoid, making it an excellent choice for a daily moisturizer and for those with sensitive skin who still want anti-aging benefits.

Can I use this both morning and night? Yes, this product is specifically designed as an "AM/PM" moisturizer. It's hydrating enough for nighttime repair but lightweight enough for daytime use.

What is The Vessel system? The Vessel is a durable, reusable outer shell with a pump that you buy once. The products, like this moisturizer, come in recyclable refill tubes that click into The Vessel. This system reduces plastic waste and allows you to easily reorder or swap out your products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
