Getting Started:

Step 1: Insert a refill tube into The Vessel. Align the nozzle and notch, then push down firmly until it clicks into place.

Step 2: Twist the bottom of The Vessel to unlock the pump.

Morning (AM) Routine:

Step 1: After cleansing, dispense one pump of the Hydrate Defence SPF30 and apply it evenly to your face.

Step 2: Follow with one pump of the AM PM Moisturizer for all-day hydration.

These products are vegan, free from fragrance, irritants, and gluten. They are designed to be suitable for sensitive skin. The 2nd's Recommendation: Patch test before use. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Gently rinse with water to remove.

This is a great, simple morning routine. The instruction to apply the SPF before the moisturizer is unique; most dermatologists recommend sunscreen as the final step. However, the most important part is that you are using both products every day. We recommend you follow the brand's instructions, but the key is to ensure you have a full, even layer of SPF to get the proper protection.

Why use two moisturizers in the morning? Think of them as doing two different, important jobs. The Hydrate Defence SPF30 is your primary protector, shielding your skin from sun damage. The AM PM Moisturizer is your primary hydrator, providing all-day moisture and anti-aging benefits. Using both gives you a comprehensive approach.

Do I need a separate Vessel for each refill? You only need the one Vessel that comes in this set. The universal design allows you to swap out the different product refills. However, if you prefer to have both products on your counter at once, you can purchase an additional Vessel separately.

What is The Vessel system? The Vessel is a durable, reusable outer shell with a pump that you buy once. The products, like this moisturizer and SPF, come in recyclable refill tubes that click into The Vessel. This system reduces plastic waste and allows you to easily reorder or swap out your products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
