Use these products together in the shower for the best results.

Step 1: Shampoo. Wet your hair thoroughly and massage the Shampoo into your scalp and roots, then rinse.

Step 2: Condition. Squeeze the excess water from your hair. Apply the Conditioner, making sure to gently massage it into your scalp as well as through the lengths of your hair.

Step 3: Wait. Let the conditioner sit and absorb for 2-3 minutes to allow the active ingredients to work.

Step 4: Rinse. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Both products are formulated without parabens, silicones, or sulfates, but they do contain fragrances and botanical extracts. If you have a sensitive scalp, please review the individual product ingredient lists.

Can this duo actually reverse hair loss?
It's important to have realistic expectations. This system is designed to create the optimal environment for healthy hair growth by nourishing the scalp and strengthening the hair you have. This reduces breakage, which makes hair appear fuller and helps you retain more of it. It supports healthy growth, but it is not a medical treatment for male pattern baldness.

How long will it take to see results?
You'll notice your hair feels softer and healthier after the first few uses. For more significant results, like the appearance of thicker, fuller hair, you should use the system consistently for at least 4-6 weeks.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
