Step 1: Shake the bottle well before each use.

Step 2 (For Texture/Volume): Spray directly and evenly through clean, dry hair. Work the product into your roots and through the lengths with your fingers to distribute.

Step 3 (As a Pre-Styler): Spray onto damp, towel-dried hair. Use a blow dryer to add volume and create a foundation of control before finishing with another styling product.

Step 4: Repeat with more sprays as needed to achieve your desired level of texture.

Will this sea salt spray make my hair feel dry or crunchy?
Unlike some salt sprays that are loaded with alcohol, this one has a very clean, simple formula designed to avoid that. The sea salt provides texture, but the witch hazel and oils help to balance it, so your hair is left feeling textured and controlled, not dry and brittle. As with any styling product, start with a little and add more as needed.

Can I use this with other styling products?
Absolutely. It's an excellent pre-styler. Using it on damp hair before you blow-dry creates the perfect textured canvas. Once your hair is dry, you can then apply a clay, paste, or putty to add a stronger hold and finish your style.

How is this different from the Jack Henry Hair Powder?
Both add texture, but they feel different. The Hair Refresh (a liquid spray) gives you a classic, slightly gritty, "beach hair" texture and can be used on damp or dry hair. The Hair Powder (a dry powder) provides a much drier, almost airy texture and a completely matte finish, and it's best used on dry hair. The powder is also better at absorbing oil.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
