Will this hair oil make my hair feel greasy?
No. This is a lightweight, "dry oil" formula designed to absorb quickly. As long as you use the correct amount (start with just a couple of drops), it will add shine and softness without leaving a greasy residue.

What's the difference between a hair oil and a hair serum?
While they can have some overlap, a hair oil (like this one) is primarily made of oils and its main job is to nourish, moisturize, and seal the hair cuticle to fight frizz and add shine. A hair serum is often silicone-based or water-based and can have a wider range of functions, from heat protection to providing a glossy coating. This oil focuses on genuine, plant-based nourishment.

How does a scalp treatment work?
The skin on your scalp, just like the skin on your face, can get dry and unbalanced. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
