Why do I need a rinse-out conditioner for my beard?
Beard hair is typically much coarser than the hair on your head. A rinse-out conditioner provides an intense, concentrated dose of moisture and nourishing ingredients that you wouldn't get from a leave-in product alone. It's the best way to achieve foundational softness and manageability.

How is this different from a beard balm or beard oil?
This is a rinse-out treatment you use in the shower. Its purpose is deep conditioning. Beard oils and balms are leave-in products you use after your shower. Oils are for daily moisture and skin health, while balms provide moisture plus a light styling hold.

Can I use this every day?
You can, especially if your beard is extremely dry or coarse. However, for most guys, using it 2-3 times per week provides the perfect balance of deep conditioning without weighing the hair down.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
