Step 2: Squeeze a small, pea-sized amount of the concentrated wash into your palm.

Step 3: Rub your hands together to activate the cleanser and create a light, creamy lather.

Step 4: Gently massage the lather onto your face using circular motions for about 60 seconds.

Step 5: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and gently pat your face dry with a clean towel.

What does it mean that this cleanser is "concentrated" and not water-based?
Many face washes list water (Aqua) as the very first ingredient, meaning it's the largest component of the formula. This cleanser uses Glycerin as its base instead. This means you are getting a much higher concentration of active, beneficial ingredients in every drop. A small amount goes a much longer way, and the formula is inherently more hydrating.

Will it still lather well without water as the first ingredient?
Yes. It creates a rich, creamy, and low-foaming lather when you mix it with water in your hands. It's a different experience from a big, bubbly foam, but it's very effective at cleansing the skin gently.

How is this different from the Supply "Everyday Face Wash"?
They are two different approaches to cleansing. The Feel Good Face Wash is a highly concentrated, glycerin-based cream wash focused on hydration. The Everyday Face Wash is a more traditional gel-style cleanser. Both are gentle and effective, so the choice comes down to your preference for texture and feel.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
