How does Epsom salt in a soap work?
Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate. When used in a warm shower, the magnesium can be absorbed through the skin, helping to relax muscles and ease tension. The act of massaging the bar onto sore spots also helps to stimulate circulation and provide relief.


Is this a replacement for taking a full Epsom salt bath?
While a full bath will provide a more immersive soak, this bar is an excellent and much faster way to get some of the topical benefits of Epsom salt and Arnica on a daily basis. It's perfect for when you don't have time for a 20-minute bath.

Can I use this every day?

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
