Follow these simple steps for perfectly defined curls.

Step 1: Start with Clean, Damp Hair. After washing your hair, gently towel-dry it until it's damp but not dripping wet.

Step 2: Apply the Cream. Squeeze a dime to quarter-sized amount into your palm (use less for shorter hair, more for longer hair). Rub your hands together to warm it up.

Step 3: Work It Through. Apply the cream evenly through your hair, starting from the back and moving forward. Make sure you get it from the roots to the ends. Gently "scrunch" your curls by cupping them in your palm and squeezing upwards towards the scalp.

Step 4: Dry and Style. Let your hair air-dry for a natural, relaxed look. If you're short on time or want more volume, use a hairdryer with a diffuser attachment on low heat.

Not at all. Blind Barber specifically formulated this cream to provide a soft, flexible hold. Your curls will be defined but still feel like hair.

What's the difference between air-drying and using a diffuser?

Air-drying will give you a more natural, relaxed curl pattern with less volume. Using a diffuser (the bowl-shaped attachment for your hairdryer) circulates air around your curls to dry them gently. This enhances your curl pattern, significantly boosts volume, and reduces frizz.

My hair is more wavy than curly. Will this work for me?

Absolutely. For wavy hair, this cream is excellent for taming frizz and encouraging your waves to form a more defined "S" shape, giving your hair texture and movement without looking unruly.

Why should I use a curl cream instead of the gel or pomade I already have?

Great question. While gels provide strong hold, they often contain alcohols that can dry out curls and leave them feeling crunchy. Pomades are typically heavier and can weigh curls down, making them look flat and greasy. A curl cream is specifically designed to provide moisture, lightweight hold, and frizz control: the three things curly hair needs most to look its best.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
