Step 2: Apply the Skin Repair Moisturizer with retinol to your entire face and neck.

This kit contains multiple products with potent active ingredients, including Salicylic Acid and Retinol. Dryness, redness, and some peeling can be expected during the first few weeks as your skin acclimates.

The 2nd's Recommendation: For external use only. It is crucial to introduce these active ingredients slowly. Consider starting the Skin Repair Moisturizer (with retinol) only 2-3 nights a week. Always perform a patch test.

This seems like a lot of active ingredients. Is it safe to use them all?
Yes, this system was formulated by dermatologists to be used together. The morning cream uses Azelaic Acid, while the night cream uses Retinol. By splitting them between AM and PM routines, you get the benefits of both without overloading your skin at one time.

How long will it take to see results?
You may notice a reduction in oiliness and active blemishes within the first couple of weeks. However, for more significant improvements in skin clarity and the fading of post-acne marks, you should use the system consistently for at least 4-6 weeks.

What if my skin gets really dry or irritated?
Some initial dryness or light peeling is normal, especially from the retinol night cream. If this happens, try reducing the use of the night cream to every other or every third night until your skin adjusts. Always make sure you're only using a pea-sized amount. If irritation is severe or persists, stop using the products.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
