What does the three-round refinement process actually do?
Often called "triple-milling," this manufacturing process presses the soap through heavy rollers three times to squeeze out excess water and air. This results in a much harder, denser bar that lathers better and lasts much longer than poured soaps.

Will this dry out my skin like other bar soaps?
No. The formula is loaded with Glycerin and Tucuma Seed Butter, which are specifically included to counteract the drying effects of cleansing by locking moisture into the skin.

Can I use this on my face?
While it contains excellent ingredients like Niacinamide, it is primarily formulated for the thicker skin on your body. For optimal results, you should always use a dedicated daily face wash for your face and neck.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
