Will a charcoal face wash dry out my skin?
While charcoal is very absorbent, this formula is balanced with hydrating ingredients like Glycerin to ensure it cleanses effectively without stripping the skin's natural moisture. It leaves your skin feeling balanced, not dry.

How is this different from a regular liquid face wash?
The main difference is the format and the concentration. The solid stick is spill-proof and very convenient for on-the-go use. It's also a more concentrated formula since it's not diluted with as much water, so a little goes a long way.

How do I keep the stick clean between uses?
It's easy. After you've applied the stick to your face and are massaging the product in with your hands, you can give the top of the stick a quick rinse under the tap to wash away any residue. Let it air dry for a few moments before replacing the cap.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
