What does "pH-balanced" actually mean for my skin?
Your skin has a natural, slightly acidic layer called the "acid mantle" that helps protect it from bacteria and irritation. Many traditional soaps are highly alkaline, which can disrupt this layer and lead to dryness. This body wash is formulated to stay within the skin's natural pH range, usually between 5.0 and 7.0, to keep that protective barrier intact.

Is this good for getting rid of the "chlorine smell" after swimming?
Yes. The citrus-heavy scent profile (Grapefruit and Bergamot) and the gentle surfactants are very effective at washing away the residue and scent of chlorine without further drying out skin that has already been stressed by pool water.

Can I use this on my face?
While it is pH-balanced and gentle, the skin on your face is typically more delicate than the skin on your body. We usually recommend a dedicated face wash for your facial routine, but in a pinch or at the gym, this is a much better option than a standard bar of soap.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
