The QuickLoad™ system is simple and safe.

Step 1: Insert the key from the cartridge into the head of your Supply razor.

Step 2: Slide the injector lever forward. This will push a new blade into the razor while simultaneously pushing the old blade out of the other side.

Step 3: Pull the cartridge away from the razor. Your razor is now loaded with a fresh, sharp blade.

The quality of your blade is the single most important factor in getting a close, comfortable shave. These Black Label blades are incredibly sharp and smooth. The best advice for any shave is to always use a sharp blade; don't try to push a dull blade for too many shaves. You'll know it's time to change it when you feel any pulling or tugging. With this QuickLoad™ pack, changing it out is safe and takes about five seconds.

Each pack contains one QuickLoad™ cartridge with 8 blades.

How many shaves can I get from one blade?
This depends on your beard thickness and skin sensitivity, but most users get between 5-10 comfortable shaves per blade. This means a single 8-pack of blades can last the average shaver about 3 months.

How are these different from the double-edge (DE) blades I see everywhere?
These are "injector" style blades. They are twice as thick as a standard DE blade, which makes them more rigid and less likely to flex or chatter against the skin, often resulting in a smoother shave with less irritation. They are also much safer to handle thanks to the cartridge loading system.

Is it easy to change the blade?
Yes, it's incredibly easy and completely safe. The QuickLoad™ cartridge system means you never have to touch a sharp edge. You simply slide the new blade in, and the old one slides out.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
