Step 1: Start with a clean, dry face and beard.

Step 2: Carefully remove the top half of the mask (the charcoal sheet) from the pouch and apply it to the upper portion of your face.

Step 3: Take the bottom half of the mask (the beard section) and apply the oil evenly throughout your beard and onto the skin underneath.

Step 4: Relax and leave the mask on for 10-15 minutes.

Step 5: Remove the sheet mask and discard it. Gently pat any remaining serum from the mask into your skin. There's no need to rinse the beard oil; just massage it in.

Do I wash my face after using this?
No. After you remove the mask, you should gently pat the remaining serum from the mask into your skin. The beard oil is a leave-in treatment, so you should massage it in and leave it to condition your beard. You can follow up with your regular moisturizer on the top half of your face if you feel you need it.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
