What's the difference between a pomade and a clay or paste?
The main difference is the finish and the types of styles they create. A pomade (like this one) is designed for more polished, neat, and classic styles (like a side part or slick-back) and typically provides some level of shine. Clays and pastes are usually for more modern, textured, and voluminous styles and typically have a matte or natural finish with no shine.

What does "low shine" look like?
"Low shine" means it gives your hair a healthy, natural luster, but it's not a high-gloss, "wet" look. It makes your hair look clean and conditioned, not greasy or overly styled.

Is this product hard to wash out?
No. Because it is a water-based formula, it's designed to break down easily with water and shampoo. It rinses out clean without the heavy, waxy buildup that traditional oil-based pomades can leave behind.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
