Use this tool 2-3 times per week on a clean, dry face before applying serum.

Step 1: Sanitize. Before each use, spray the roller head with the Beard Roller Refresher or alcohol and let it dry.

Step 2: Roll. Using light, gentle pressure, roll the device over the target areas (cheeks, chin) 5-10 times: vertically, horizontally, and then diagonally.

Step 3: Apply Serum. Follow immediately with the Activating Beard Serum for best results.

Step 4: Clean. Rinse the roller head under warm water and sanitize it again as you did in Step 1. Let it air dry completely before storing.

Does using a beard roller hurt?
It shouldn't hurt. You will feel a light tingling or prickling sensation, which is normal and lets you know it's working. The key is to use gentle pressure. You are stimulating the skin, not trying to puncture it. Never use it on irritated, broken, or infected skin.

How often should I use it?
For most people, using the roller 2-3 times per week is ideal. This gives your skin enough time to recover and regenerate between sessions. Do not use it daily.

Do I have to use a serum with it?
While the roller provides benefits on its own by stimulating blood flow, it is most effective when followed by a targeted growth serum. The micro-channels it creates allow the serum to bypass the outer layer of skin and get delivered directly to the follicles, dramatically increasing its effectiveness.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
